NOTICE OF MEETING FOR APPROVAL OF AMENDING MILLS COUNTY ORDINANCE NO.19-03 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE REGISTRATION AND OPERATION OF
ALL-TERRAIN AND OFF-ROAD UTILITY VEHICLES IN MILLS COUNTY, IOWA
The Board of Supervisors of Mills County, Iowa (the "County"), will meet at the
Courthouse in Glenwood, Iowa, on August 22, 2023, at 9:30a.m., at which time and place proceedings will be instituted and action taken to approve an amendment to Mills County Ordinance NO. 19-03 authorizing the registration and operation of all-terrain and off-road utility vehicles in Mills County, Iowa. A second notice of Public Hearing would be held on August 29, 2023 at 9:30a.m., and a second/third reading on September 5, 2023 at the Courthouse in Glenwood, Iowa.
At the meeting, the Board of Supervisors will receive oral or written objections from any resident or property owner of the County. Thereafter, the Board may, at the meeting or at an adjournment thereof, take additional action to approve the Agreement or may abandon the proposal.
This notice is given by order of the Board of Supervisors of Mills County, Iowa, in accordance with Section 403.9 of the Code of Iowa.
